Butterscotch Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 piece butter (size of a walnut)

Preparation

Boil all ingredients until brittle when tested in cold water (290\u00b0, crack).
Drop by spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
