Broiled Venison Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 to 6 venison chops
Preparation
    Combine oil, Worcestershire sauce and onion in 9-inch square pan.
    Place chops flat over top.
    Spoon small amount of mixture over chops.
    Marinate overnight, turning chops occasionally.
