Shrimp Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 hard-boiled eggs, ground
1 1/2 lb. shrimp, ground
3/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 lb. pecans, chopped fine
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
bunch of parsley, chopped fine
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine softened cream cheese, ground fine shrimp, eggs, sauces and salt.
Shape into roll about 2-inches in diameter. Combine chopped parsley and pecans and place in tray.
Roll shrimp mixture in parsley and pecans until well covered.
Chill.
