Carrot Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. carrots, shredded
3 apples (unpared), diced
1/2 c. raisins
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
salad greens (as desired)
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except salad greens.
Chill thoroughly.
Serve over salad greens.
