Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breasts, cooked
    1 stick margarine or butter
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can water or broth
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1/3 c. diced celery
    1 tsp. instant onion or minced
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    2 tsp. cooking sherry
Preparation
    Debone and cut meat into bite-size pieces.
    Melt margarine in skillet.
    Add remaining ingredients, except chicken.
    Pour into oblong baking pan.
    Place pieces of chicken over entire top. Press down into liquid.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until rice is done.
