Pear Honey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 c. ground up pears
    5 small Jell-O (any flavor)
    5 c. sugar
Preparation
    Peel pears, core and grind up.
    Place in large pan on stove. Add Jell-O (I use strawberry or peach).
    Add sugar.
    Cook until thick.
    Have jars and lids ready.
    After filling jars, turn them over for 5 minutes on the tops.
    This will help seal them.
    This is great with biscuits.
