Stuffed Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 doz. clams, steamed
1 small onion
8 pieces fried bacon
heavy cream
bread crumbs (approximately 1/4 c.)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Chop the clams and add sauteed onion, crumbled bacon, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and heavy cream until creamy consistency. Bake at 375\u00b0
for 15 minutes.
