Kolachi(Nut Rolls) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 Tbsp. sugar
4 c. flour (heaping)
2 sticks softened margarine
3 eggs
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Mix well.
Knead for 5 minutes.
Let rest for 30 minutes.
Cut into 4 portions.
Fill and let rise for 30 minutes.
Egg wash and prick with fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
