Cheesy Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 egg
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation

Boil potatoes until tender and drain.
Mash potatoes and add remaining ingredients.
Put into a greased casserole and cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
