Baked Deviled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 hard-cooked eggs
    3 Tbsp. dairy sour cream
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped pimiento
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Cut
    eggs in half lengthwise. Remove yolks
    and
    mash.\tCombine
    yolks,
    3 tablespoons sour cream, mustard and salt; mix well.
    Refill egg whites.
    Saute green pepper and onion in butter 5 minutes.
    Stir in pimiento, soup and 1
    cup
    sour cream.
    Pour sour cream mixture into 11 3/4
    x
    7 1/2-inch
    baking
    dish.
    Place deviled eggs on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes.
    Makes 6 servings.
