Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, peeled
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.
    Drain and mash. Add cream cheese, sour cream, salt and pepper, mixing well.
    Put in greased 2-quart casserole or baking dish.
    Top with pats of butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Potatoes may be kept in refrigerator for several days.
    Before serving, bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0 until heated through.
    Serves 8.
