Gala Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. unsweetened pineapple juice
    juice of 8 lemons
    juice of 8 oranges
    juice of 3 limes
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. mint leaves
    4 qt. ginger ale, chilled
    2 qt. ice cream
    2 limes, thinly sliced
    2 lemons, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine fruit juices and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add mint leaves; chill.
    When ready to serve, pour in chilled juices, ginger ale and ice water in punch bowl.
    Float lemon and lime slices on top.
    Serves 30.
