Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. red wine vinegar
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 (6 oz.) cans whole mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    Combine everything but mushrooms.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes.
    Pour into bowl and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain and serve.
