Creamy Chicken Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. tomato juice
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. half and half
    1 chicken, cooked and boned
    12 tortillas
    oil
Preparation
    Saute green chiles and onion in butter.
    Add flour and tomato juice; simmer several minutes and allow to cool.
    Melt cheese with half and half in top of double boiler over hot water.
    Dice chicken and add to tomato mixture.
    Gradually add cream mixture.
    Soften tortillas in small amount of hot oil.
    Arrange alternating layers of chicken mixture in large casserole.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0, until thoroughly heated.
    Serves 4 to 6.
