Cornwallis Yams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. each: cinnamon, nutmeg and salt
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except coconut and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Serves 12 to 14.
