Goldie'S Pie Meringue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
6 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Cook cornstarch, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1/2 cup of water until clear.
Cool and add vanilla.
Beat 3 egg whites and add 6 tablespoons sugar, small amount at a time, until forms a peak. Add cornstarch mixture.
Beat to firm peak.
Yields 1 pie.
