Crab Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 cans white crab meat (6 oz. fresh crab meat is the best)
cocktail sauce (for top)
Preparation

Stir until creamed all the ingredients, except the crab meat. Mound the creamed mixture on a plate.
Make a hole in the center. Fill with crab meat.
Pour cocktail sauce over top.
Serve with rice crackers.
