Ham And Zucchini Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar/Jack cheese
    1 c. shredded zucchini
    1 c. chopped, cooked ham
    1 9-inch unbaked deep-dish crust
    3 eggs
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Combine Parmesan, Cheddar/Jack, zucchini, and ham.
    Pour into crust.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt, black pepper and melted butter.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Pour over zucchini mixture. Bake for about 1 hour or until set.
    Allow to cool slightly before slicing. Makes 8 servings.
