Pig Stomach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pig stomach
    1 lb. sausage, cut in small pieces
    6 to 8 diced potatoes
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all together and stuff into cleaned pig stomach.
    Sew hole closed.
    Put into roast pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 1/4 to 4 hours. Remove lid the last 1/2 hour to brown skin.
