Rave Review Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 layer size) pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
    1 1/3 c. water
    1/4 c. oil or use applesauce
    4 eggs
    2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
    Blend cake mix, pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in a large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Stir in coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased and floured 9-inch layer pans or 1 oblong pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Cool and frost with Coconut Cream Cheese Frosting.
