Blender Pimiento Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of Tabasco sauce
12 oz. Cheddar cheese, cut into cubes
1 small jar sliced pimientos
Preparation

Combine milk, mayonnaise, salt and Tabasco in blender.
Cover and mix on low speed for about 1 minute.
While blender is running, add cheese, one cube at a time, until all are blended. Pour into a bowl, drain and stir in pimientos.
