Lemon Baked Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. haddock fillet
1 tsp. melted butter
4 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
pinch of salt, pepper and rosemary
Preparation

Thaw fish if frozen.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Divide fish into 6 servings.
Place in single layer in baking dish.
Mix butter, lemon juice, rind and seasonings.
Pour over fish and bake 25 minutes.
