Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4-5 lb.) beef rump roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans beef broth
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Place roast in crock pot.
    In a mixing bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour mixture over roast and cook in crock pot on low heat for 8 to 10 hours.
