Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. popcorn, popped
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Karo light corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popped corn in a large roasting pan.
    In heavy 1-1/2 qt. sauce pan stir sugar, margarine, and corn syrup together. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Without stirring, boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and soda.
    Pour over corn stirring to coat well.
    Bake at 250 for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
