Johnnycake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Stir until blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm and slightly brown.
    Serve as a bread or with milk and sugar.
