Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs, well beaten
    2 c. (1 1/2 lb. can) pumpkin
    1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. chopped dates
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; mix well.
    Pour into three small or two large greased loaf pans.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Bread will slice better if served the following day.
    Freezes well.
