Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir together the warm water and yeast to dissolve.
    Stir in the sugar, salt and olive oil.
    Add 2 cups flour.
    Blend in, then add about 1 1/2 cups more flour.
    Knead dough, enough for 2 pizzas, until smooth and elastic.
    Let rise 45 minutes until double.
