Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh cranberries (2 bags)
    1 (15 oz.) box white raisins
    1 large orange, diced or ground whole in food processor
    3 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tsp. each: ground ginger, ground cloves, ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and simmer until all berries pop, 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat.
    Put in sterilized jars and seal. Will keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
    Makes 1 1/2-quarts.
