Beef Tacos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/2-inch cooking oil in skillet
12 to 14 soft
Preparation

Season beef with monosodium glutamate, salt, chili powder and garlic powder.
Heat the skillet.
Put raw beef mixture in center of tortillas, and fold over, drop into hot oil and fry for 1 minute and 30 seconds on each side.
Remove from oil and drain on paper towel.
Stuff remaining open space with shredded lettuce and chopped tomato.
Yields 12 to 14 servings.
