Mom Thomson'S Shilalay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 c. whole tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese
Preparation
    Chop first 3 ingredients.
    Boil until soft, about 20 minutes. Mix flour, butter and milk.
    Break up cream cheese and add to milk mixture.
    Put this mixture in a double boiler, stir until smooth, then add tomato mixture.
    Heat until warm.
    Serve on crackers. Serves 4 to 6.
