Baked Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. onion soup mix
4 to 6 medium large potatoes
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Cut, unpeeled, into chunks.
Mix oil and soup together.
Place in bowl or plastic bag.
Add potatoes.
Shake until well coated.
Place potatoes on greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until browned.
