Pork Chop 'N Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    vegetable oil
    salt to taste
    1 can celery soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
    4 oz. shredded cheese
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown chops in vegetable oil.
    Salt the chops.
    Combine soup, milk, sour cream and pepper.
    Stir in potatoes, 1/2 the cheese and 1/2 can onions.
    Spoon mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange pork chops over mix.
    Bake covered for 90 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes more.
