Crab Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tomato soup
1 can green pea soup
1 can consomme
2 soup cans milk
2 (6 oz.) frozen crab meat, thawed and drained
salt and pepper to taste
few drops Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
Preparation

About 20 minutes before serving, mix soups, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Then add the crabmeat and simmer for 10 more minutes. Just before serving, stir in the sherry.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
