Rod'S Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread dough
    1 egg
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Make up bread dough enough for two loaves.
    Knead dough.
    Cut off dough in strips and roll into ropes.
    Form into pretzel shapes. Let rise 1/2 hour or so.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown, around 1/2 hour or so.
    Beat egg and water together.
    Brush over pretzels before baking.
