Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced raw carrots
    1 small chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3 c. herb-flavored croutons
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. cubed cheese (mild Colby or Velveeta)
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salted water until tender; drain.
    Saute onion in butter and combine with carrots.
    Heat soup, 1/2 teaspoon salt, dash of pepper and 1/2 cup diced cheese, until melted.
    Pour over cooked carrots.
    Pour all into greased 8 x 8-inch pan and top with croutons tossed with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until topping is browned.
