Shish Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    venison or chicken, about 2 lb.
    1 pkg. Zesty Italian salad dressing mix (with oil and vinegar according to pkg.)
    bell peppers
    red onions (white onions are not strong enough)
    cherry tomatoes
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1 x 1-inch cubes.
    Mix salad dressing according to directions on package, pour over meat that has been placed in a shallow casserole dish.
    Marinate in the refrigerator at least 10 hours.
    Cut up the peppers, onions and mushrooms.
    When placing ingredients on the stick always have a pepper and onion next to the meat.
    We start with a pepper, add meat, then onions, tomato, mushroom, pepper, meat, onion and so on.
    Grill 4 minutes on 1 side, turn a 1/4 turn and cook for 4 minutes, continue until the whole shish kebab is cooked.
