Easy Cherry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cherry pie filling
    1 box white or yellow cake mix
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Butter 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Put cherry filling evenly in pan.
    Cover with
    dry
    cake mix.
    Slice 1/2 pound butter or oleo over top of
    cake
    mix
    and
    bake until bubbly and brown. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May use any type of pie filling.
