Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope taco or enchilada seasoning
    1 pkg. soft corn tortillas
    shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion; drain.
    Add the tomato sauce, soup and seasoning packet and heat to boiling.
    Put in layers with tortillas.
    Sprinkle cheese on top of each layer.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
