1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lb. beef short ribs, cut into 2-inch lengths
1 c. sliced onions
1/3 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and pepper on wax paper or plastic bag.
Roll ribs in mixture, coating them on all sides.
Shake off excess.
