Aunt Edna'S Cushaw Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked cushaw, drained and mashed
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 stick butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Add drained and mashed cushaw, sugar, flour, margarine, vanilla and eggs.
    Mix well.
    Pour in unbaked pie shells.
    Top with favorite spice.
    Bake 30 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Will make 2 large pies.
