Diabetics Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 c. water
    1 c. Sugar Twin
    3 or 4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    pinch of salt
    1/2 pkg. strawberry Jell-O (sugar-free)
Preparation
    Boil water, Sugar Twin, cornstarch and salt until thick. Remove from heat and add Jell-O.
    Stir well.
    Fill pie crust with fresh strawberries, then pour cooled filling over them.
    Cover top with Cool Whip, if your diet allows it, or use sugar-free whipped topping.
