Southwest Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. picante sauce
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. Ricotta cheese
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender jar and blend at high for 2 to 3 minutes until well blended.
Or place in a medium size bowl and mix well by hand.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serve with tortilla chips or fresh veggies. Yield:
1 1/4 cups.
