Kung Pao Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked rice
    1 c. diced chicken
    2 Tbsp. Pompeian olive oil
    1 to 2 c. broccoli
    4 to 5 green onions
    1 c. peanuts or cashews
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/2 green bell pepper
    water chestnuts
    1/2 tsp. ginger (remove before serving)
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice and
    set
    aside.
    Chop all vegetables and set aside. Stir-fry diced chicken
    in wok (wok must always be hot before adding oil)
    in
    olive
    oil.
    Stir-fry until tender and lightly browned.
    Add
    veggies
    all
    at
    once to chicken.
    Add peanuts or cashews and soy sauce as desired.
    Serve over rice.
