Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can small English peas
    1 can white Shoepeg corn
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 jar chopped pimentos
    1 jar sliced mushrooms
    2/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    2/3 c. chopped onions
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. herb seasoning
Preparation
    Combine in a saucepan.
    Heat just until sugar dissolves and pour over vegetables.
    Stir gently and marinate overnight before serving.
