Delicious Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    1/3 c. chopped green onions
    dash of salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skin.
    Cool, peel and chop coarsely.
    Combine cheese and 1/4 cup butter over heat and melt.
    Blend in sour cream, onions, salt and pepper.
    Fold in potatoes and turn into a 2-quart casserole dish.
    Dot with 2 tablespoons butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
