Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 clove garlic
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. Blue cheese
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation

In food processor, using the metal blade, chop the garlic. Add chunks of Blue cheese, cream cheese and butter and process. Add the shredded Cheddar cheese and process.
Form into two balls. Coat with the chopped nuts.
Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours.
