Ranch Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast strips
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing mix
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. thawed vegetable medley
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat vegetable oil in large skillet.
    Add chicken strips. Stir in salad dressing packet.
    Add vegetables and 2 tablespoons water.
    Stir-fry about 2 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
