Coconut Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. buttermilk
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in unbaked pie crust at 325\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
