Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large potato, boiled or mashed
2 lb. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 Tbsp. milk
1 1/2 c. peanut butter

Preparation

Roll out dough and spread peanut butter on it.
Roll up jelly roll fashion.
Chill and slice.
