Spinach Cheddar Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed (undrained)
    1/3 c. crushed saltines or crackers
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. or 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine spinach, crackers, egg, onion and salt. Stir in 1/2 of cheese.
    Put into greased 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
